GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship/parts for 12 months unless otherwise stated. We operate a NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE - return the goods to us in their original packaging for a FULL REFUND, cost of transport is for our customer account.
Complaints should be made within 7 days by email or letter.
All other products are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, or print out our order form, fill in and post. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. it only takes a few moments and is secure.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 7 days of purchase with no handling charge (if returned in the original condition).
Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns made after the 7 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
GENERAL
The Seller is Eleectricscooter.us.com. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy Goods from the Seller.
Goods means any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sate supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of Sate of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion, and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion, no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Seller.
DELIVERY
All dispatch dates are estimated and are not guaranteed and do not form a term of this contract. Whilst every endeavour will be made to comply with these dates, the Seller shall have no liability whatsoever for delay in despatch or delivery, or for any loss occasioned thereby. Late delivery does not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order, Any shortages and/or damages in delivery must be notified in writing to the Seller within two days of receipt.
Parcels recieved damaged MUST be signed for as damaged.
RISK
(a) Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the Goods.
(b) Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to take place at the time the same are posted by Electricscooter.us.com in a package addressed to the Buyer, placed in the hands of our delivery agent.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of orders can only be made by calling 01903 765353 on day of payment and must be backed up in writting before delivery.
Due to recent credit card fraud, we are unable to delivery to a third party address and require a home phone number.
Third party deliveries can only be made for PayPal transactions. |
